Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

Comfort Spoon LLC prepares fresh, made-to-order food items. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been prepared or delivered.

Food Quality & Handling Disclaimer

All food is prepared fresh and in proper condition at the time of pickup or delivery. Once an order has been received, Comfort Spoon LLC is not responsible for food quality changes caused by:

  • Improper storage (e.g., leaving food at room temperature for extended periods)
  • Delayed consumption
  • Reheating methods
  • Transportation or handling after pickup/delivery. 

Exceptions

Refunds or partial refunds will only be considered if:

  • We delivered the wrong order, or
  • There is a confirmed issue caused by us (e.g., missing items)

To be eligible for review, customers must:

  • Notify us within 30 mins to 1 hour of delivery or pickup
  • Inspect all items immediately upon receival. 
  • Provide clear photo evidence of the issue

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal taste preferences
  • Failure to read the menu or descriptions
  • Orders not picked up on time
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
