Delivery

• Delivery is fulfilled via third-party courier services (e.g., Uber, DoorDash).

• Once an order has been handed off to the courier, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier service.

• Customers will receive real-time delivery updates from the courier.

Comfort Spoon Catering is not responsible for delivery delays, missed deliveries, or issues caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation

• A completed delivery marked by the courier is considered proof of fulfillment.
