Pickup Policy & Late Fee

We value your time and want to make sure every customer receives their order promptly. To keep our pickup schedule running smoothly:

  • Pickup orders must be collected at the chosen time.

  • If you are running late, please notify us via text or email at least 2–3 hours in advance to reschedule your pickup.

  • Orders picked up more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time without prior notice will incur a $10 late fee, which will be charged to the card on file.

  • Orders not picked up by the end of business hours (12 PM) without prior notice will be canceled without a refund, and the $10 late fee will still apply.

This policy ensures that all customers can receive their orders on time and helps us manage pickups efficiently, so we can continue delivering fresh, hot meals without delays.
